APp for ipad's charging time?

Is there an app that will serve as a timer for the charging time of your ipad?
I really need it,coz when i leave my ipad at home,sometimes i ask someone to charge it..and most of e time,it's my brother,since there is no one in the house left to ask this favor.But i really can't trust my brother as he keeps lying and lying.I don't want to over charge my ipad coz it may reduce it's life.Hee uses it everytime i leave and charge it once it reaches 40 or 50,but does not monitor it's charging time..so if there's,kindly share it? thanks!

You can leave your iPad plugged in as long as you want, the iPad cannot be overcharged.
