I am an osteopath and I wan to take photos of patients back to show them their posture and give them advise about correction.

I would like to be able to draw a grid over their photo with lines at 90' to each other, rather like a tic tac toe frame, to show the diffrent levels of hips and shoulders.

Is there an app that allows me to do this? There are many many that allow drawings on photos but all freehand and not snap to.

Another option would be to have the grid on a template that I can over lay, again any onbe seen any apps for this?

I used to take a photo and copy it into a Word for windows template and then print this out but it takes so long, im sure there is away round this, Failing that could just hold a ruler to the screen!

Thanks for reading

I poked around briefly a few apps I have installed. Pages allows drawing constrained lines.

Hi Mark...that's interesting that you ask that...as I have often wonderd how to get a plumb line when performing postural analysis to upload and share with my patients.

I do have the Pages App, as DougRogers suggested and give that a try myself. This would be very helpful for postural correction and awareness should this work!

You may find Sketch Grid useful. Search for Sketch Grid on the App Store.

It's more targeted for artists, but I can see it working for what you describe.....
