App still waiting to download

I was downloading last week and for some reason there is an app still waiting to download. It has been sitting there saying Waiting... I dont want it. How can i delete it?

If i press it till it wiggles, no X shows up....

Reboot your iPad by holding down the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button until you see the screen to power down the iPad.

It's most likely an update to one of your apps. Download it.
