Hi,
My wife has an older iPad 1 and is still using it for several programs, mostly email. It was also a great TV remote, but that program has been updated (logitech). When I try to go to the App store and sign in, it wants to verify my access with a code from my other devices. At that point I can't enter those numbers since her iPad will not open a screen, it's either "Cancel or Retry". Suggestions?
