App that allows you to open a PowerPoint and take typed notes

Like what laptops and desktops are able to do. I want to open a ppt and use my wireless keyboard to take presenter notes. I'm in college and all lectures are PowerPoint. All I have is an iPad so an app that lets me do this would be awesome. And while I'm at it, if anyone knows a good app for using google docs that would be good to. Thanks

Try out apples keynote it very much like PowerPoint. You can create and save a file in it as a keynote or PowerPoint file
