App that shows where you press your finger on the screen.

Hen you use ipad as a tool in education and in particular in connection with apps that make ipad into an instrument, it would be useful to have an app that showed where you press your finger. In keynote this functionality is available but otherwise not. I know that there are apps that do this on a jailbreaked ipad, but I do not want to jailbreake mine. Can anyone help??
