App that turns iPad into remote Bluetooth keyboard and mouse for Windows PC?

Hi,
Is there an app that turns iPad into remote Bluetooth keyboard and mouse for Windows PC? I've found an app called TouchPad developed by Edovia Inc which does this via wifi, but I'd like one that connects via Bluetooth. Any advice gratefully received.

I just heard back from the Edovia Inc support team... they say they cant build Bluetooth support into an app like this since Apple does not provide any API to use Bluetooth to connect to a computer... too bad... why would Apple restrict that???
