App to auto complete online forms?

Does anyone have any idea about an app or way of auto completing online forms using the iPad 2? I am thinking mainly just filling my personal details such as name, address and email address....

Suggestions ?

In Settings > Safari > AutoFill you can turn on Use Contact Info and select your own entry int he Contacts app. This will only work if you are using Safari. Other browsers will be unaffected, though they may have their own autofill settings.

As with all autofill, success varies from web form to web form.
