App wont open

Nor can I even remove it as it shows up as instaled thrugh the app store but not on any home screen or in any folder. I am trying to avoid a backup/restore....any suggestions?

Heres my process so far:
1. power off/on
2. powerbutton/home buttun reset
3. attempted sync with itunes on my pc


still does not show up, nor does it show when synced to my pc


App is the citrix receiver btw

Is there an open button or a cloud symbol next to the app symbol? If the open button is there, tap it and the app should open. Once opened, close it and see if it now shows on your home screen. If the cloud symbol is there it means the app is not currently on your device, tap it and the app should download to your iPad.

there is an open button, i had tried this before..

Try going to Settings > General > Usage. See if you can find the app under the Storage list. Be sure to tap Show all Apps at the bottom, or it only shows the 10 highest.

If you can find it there, tap on the app. There should be a delete option on the next screen.

That's all I can think of without using iTunes on the computer, which may not work either.

Found it there, Thanks for the advice!! It was displayed as a plain white icon with 23.2 mbytes of data. and titled (null) if i had fouind anything else that looked like that, it wouldve been deleted too. Once i deleted that, i was able to d/l and reinstall citrix.

I'll have to suggest it for other stuck app problems to see if it helps there too.
