Suppose i m using a App which has to register to use it....then after some day i don't want to use it and i want to de-register....
How i'll do it.??

That will depend from app to app.

If it's a Newsstand app, you can unsubscribe through the Apple ID account you used to purchase it. Otherwise, registration is something that the app developer requires for one reason or another (usually online services), and they control the process. Best to check with their site before registering in the first place, if you think it will be an issue.
