What is out there for the iPad that is similar to a Photoshop app

If you mean for the iPad, yes there's PhotoShop Express by Adobe. It's like a PhotoShop very lite. PhotoPal is a nice one that does a little more than the basics. You can't expect anything as complex as PhotoShop on the iPad. Both are available in the Apple apps store, iTunes.

Adobe ideas is nice also and free i believe.
