Apple tv, connect to I pad 3

Hi, any ideas? Have atv2 and had been using it with my I pad 3 and I pod, suddenly no icon in either I pod or I pad, re booted tv, re booted I pad checked Internet ok (can still download films from I tunes atv)...... Help !

Check that home sharing is enabled on aptv.
