Application does'nt open

I download the 60 photos or Pixer application and does'nt open at all. I downloaded the uvideos application and since today does'nt open either. Is something wrong with my Ipad?

I downloaded Pixer 60 photos free app and when I opened it it, it asked me to log on via Facebook (which I do not use). I have now deleted it but wondered if the same happened for you?
