Apps won’t open

This morning I tried to play a game and app would not open so I tried another game app and the same thing and then another and so on none would open. I have shut the iPad down and no help. What’s going on

Hi Vett - did you do a hard restart of the iPad? Directions HERE which will vary depending on your model - Dave

I will keep that in mind but all of a sudden they seem to be working ok now
