April is national Autism month, what specials are there ?

I use AppZapp to find specials, but haven't seen any yet.

Looking for apps for son, 7.5 y/o pre-verbal.
His favorites so far are: FindMe(autism) , ColorSlaps, Koi pond lite, and babyblop .
Any recommendations ?
