Art Studio App: My Drawings Wont Load In the ''App Gallery''?

I honestly feel like crying- Coming here seemed like the only option.
So I signed up and here I am.

What Can I do? Every time I press ''App Gallery'' it re-starts the whole program. I have been drawing for so long- Is there anything that I can do to get to my drawings? Are all my drawings lost?
Oh my, any tips are appreciated! Drawing is a part of my life!

Hi there...welcome to the forum.

Sorry about your dilemma. You didn't mention which iPad you have, the iOS version out are running, etc.

Not sure if you have tried these immediate fixes, but give it a try.

Force the app to quit by pushing the home button twice to bring up your multi-task bar. This will show all the apps that you have visited. By long pressing the app in question, it will begin to jiggle-press the red circle with the negative sign on the app. It will only quit the app and not delete. Than try to re-open the app and test out.

If that doesn't work, restart the iPad by pressing the power switch down to power off.

Third is to do a soft reset by holding the power switch and home button together until you see the apple logo. Hope that helps!

And when you recover the app, please save your drawings off the iPad. Never leave important stuff in just one place.

Yay!! So glad it's all sorted!!
