I have purchased and app from the app store that is very limited and no logical.

If you purchase an app that does not meet your requirements you can always get a refund. Just call the toll-free Apple Support line and give them your transaction reference number from your iTunes invoice. They'll issue you with a refund as a credit to your iTunes account.
