Automatic weekly podcast download, how?

I would like to have a weekly podcast download automatically. Is this possible?

Hi, yes, I'm using OS5...and I really like my iPad. It's my first Apple product and so far so good. I'm still limping along trying to figure things out. Would like to have an automatic weekly download of Garrison Keillor's address from Lake Wobegon, but don't know if this is possible.
