Hi All-
So I know a lot of people are having issues with backlight bleeding.
I got mine delivered yesterday afternoon, and finally got around to playing with it late last night. I was in my bed, with the lights off, and the backlight issue was very apparent. After I downloaded the Netflix app and started browsing movies, it started to bother me. I am having a hard time figuring out what is normal and what is not. It seems as if most of the edges are affected. There is maybe a two inch section that looks like what the rest is supposed to, I think.
I have attached a picture. It took me a while to finally get a picture that looked like what I actually see. This is at about 65% brightness, I'd say..
I read somewhere that if you "wait for the glue to dry" it is supposed to improve some. Now has anyone's iPad that had that problem actually gotten better?
Edit: And I will add, I am not really planning on returning it or anything, I was just curious about others' experiences.
