Backups

Hello,

I am trying to maintain a slimmed down C: drive by keeping iTunes on another partition. (I have XP)

Even though I directed installation of iTunes on D: drive the bulk of it's files get installed on the C: drive anyway(Quicktime, Bonjour, iPod etc).

I moved most of these onto the D: drive using a program called "App Mover".

I've directed iTunes Media to be saved on the D: Drive as well.

The one thing I can't seem to move is the iTunes Backup.
Backups are always saved in the
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup location.

Is there a way to direct iTunes to make Backups elsewhere?
Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately as stated in the article...

"One way to back up your iTunes library is to consolidate your library into one folder and then copy that folder to an external hard drive. This is a painless process that only takes a few moments to accomplish."

Painless?
