Battery stuck at 100%

If the battery was really at 100%, I would not be complaining. However, I charged the device a day or two ago, plugged it into my laptop to transfer music, and now the battery % has not left 100%. I have surfed the internet, listened to music, and looked at apps, but it has not dropped.

Is this a big issue? Do I need to take it back to the apple store?

Just reboot it and see if it fixes the problem

Holed the top sleep/wake button and the home button both at the same time until it reboots.

Thanks Mike. That seems to do the trick. I also attempted the reset through the "settings." One of those did it. Phew, thought I had a major problem.
