Thanks again Dave. The reset worked for the Amazon Music but not the Magic Puzzle. Duh, I should have remembered to do that. If I delete and reinstall the puzzles will I lose my stored data? I have quite a few.

Glad that you did get the Amazon Music app to work after a re-install.

Concerning Magic Puzzle, there seem to be plenty of options at the App Store (so not sure which one you are using?); but in general when an app is deleted also is its data, so chances are that you may lose your data (assume these are your stats?).

Now, some apps allow data storage off the iPad either onto a computer (I do that w/ a photo app) or in a cloud server, which might allow restoring the data after the app is re-installed - about all than I can offer - Dave

Hi Dave, I deleted the puzzle app and reinstalled. All my data was there. Just had to be reinstalled puzzle by puzzle. Thank you for all your help. It is so nice to have a place to come to where people who are knowledgable can answer your questions.
