Best Language-Learning Apps?

Can anyone tell me the best apps for learning French, Spanish, and/or Chinese? Thanks!

I don't know if it's the best, but I've been playing with Duolingo. It's an iPhone app, but you can use it on the iPad (if not as pretty). It's free at any rate. To get the full experience you also have to use the website, but in my experience site works well with Safari on iOS. Though neither the app nor Safari support the record feature, it can be turned off in the website's settings.
