It should be the same price at all retail stores, Apple is pretty strict with their pricing policies.

Though Apple is now offering refurbished iPad 2s in it's online store. I understand they go quick, and you don't save a lot, but it's something.

Ebay is also an option, but as in all things online, common sense and research is in order.

Are you a student? I know some colleges sell iPads on campus to students for a discounted price. Obviously this wont work for you if you're not a student :/
