Best todo app with Apple Pencil support please?

The native, Reminders and Notes Apps are very good. Also. Nebo is recommended for note taking.

I use NEBO and I find it very good on my iPad Only one fault it does not sync with my iPhone. It might need to be read only but even that would help. I know there are work-arounds using cloud but that is awkward and takes extra steps. I'm retired so I don't have much need for to-do lists.
