Best Video editing App

Is any of them (iMovie / Avid / Pinnacle) on the app version able to speed up or slow down movies? I think not, too bad that would be very useful. Does anyone knows help? How can Speed up movies on the iPad?

Pinnacle/Avid does not. I doubt iMovie does either. These apps are designed for basic editing, transitions, and music/voice overs and titles. For more complex editing a Mac (or PC) is best.
