Hi Forum
I would like some help please. I have just set up my handed down ipad. I have erased all content and settings. Put my information in. I am trying to sync my email contacts from my computer, there are two other users with email addresses on this computer, when I sync with icloud I get some one elses contacts. When I sync with itunes to my yahoo contacts I get a message (itunes could not sync with yahoo address book because an unknown error occured (6) Please try again later. I have tried several times but I get the same message. What am I doing wrong?

First, you need to make sure that the iPad is registered with your iTunes account. Try going here and see if you can get it to register it to you https://register.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/GlobaliReg.woa

Yes its is registerd, but it does say they do not reconize the sereial No. But that is the number that is on the back of the ipad. Could this be why I can not Sync?

I think you might need to contact Apple support or an Apple store and ask them. I have several thoughts, but little ability to support any.

Thanks seadog My Serial No was incorrect. Its now registered correctly.
