Black rectangular screen

hi . i have this issue for about 3 days .everything is normal . it just that the black rectangular screen is blocking some of the areas .
i have that kind of issue before but somehow it faded after a few hours .
maybe i should be a little bit patience ? i hope that it's not too blur-er .

Hello licaigoh, normal is not what I would say you are experiencing. Can you get a screen shot of this black rectangular screen and post on here so we can all look at it with you?

there is an Apple Store in my country but it will take me about an hour or more to reach there .

If you can make the trip it's worth it. The Apple Genius technicians can run a diagnostic on your iPad to determine what's wrong with it. Strongly suggest you book an appointment on-line to ensure your trip isn't any longer than it has to be.

Your factory warranty or Apple Care if you have it, covers most issues. If the problem is the result of having dropped the iPad or it being exposed to
the elements, or abused in some way, that could be an issue.
