Bluetooth head set supporting skype and yahoo messanger

Hi all
I do have a special query. Regarding the bluetooth head set I want to use the same to speak with Skype and yahoo messenger but the same is not allowing and is redirect the sound to the inbuilt speakers. I am an extensive user of the Skype and yahoo messenger. As I used to be an android fan it's my first experience with apple , in android there are solutions available. But unfortunately I am struggling ...... I need help

The Bluetooth profiles on the iPad do not support headsets - only keyboards and headphones are supported - there is no support for headsets (these are treated as a separate profile from headphones) or printers.

I had a solution the same works wight the motorala S9 HD set with blue tooth adapter I can make my phone calla an an chat in Skype and yahoo but the solution is costly for more than 100$
