Bought a used iPad 2, but it has 6.1.3 and I need to jailbreak..

Do I have any options?, I've heard that I can do a downgrade but it requires a A4 processor or something like that.

Unfortunately, unless the previous owner saved SHSH blobs for any version of iOS 4 AND iOS 5.1.1 - and gives them to you, you will not be able to downgrade that iPad from iOS 6.1.3.

Your only option is to hope that a jail break for iOS 7 comes out soon after that iOS is released. Sorry.

All iOS run smoothly if you're not jailbroken, as a stock iOS is less susceptible than jailbroken devices.
