Brand new ipad user

Well I guess that I will be a new guys looking for help. I managed to win an ipad last week at a convention. It will be my first venture into any apple product other than a shuffle. I am sure I will have lots of questions about how to make the best of this new device. I guess winning it saved my from buying the Playbook to pair with my blackberry. I am more than willing to give the ipad a fair shake.
