Hi and welcome to the Forum!
Apple doesn't offer to fix your screen but they will offer a replacement. We have a very long thread regarding cracked screens and if you have a look you'll see that Apple was doing a one time replacement as a courtesy, it was never a policy but some members have been very lucky, recently this courtesy has been cut back but I feel it's still worth it to have a try. Get in contact with the Apple store near you, make an appointment and go see them, be very honest, very nice and above all do not expect it. You may get lucky, if not they will replace it but at quite a cost. There is of course other businesses offering this service at a much cheaper rate on the Internet. If you do go this route, choose a reputable firm that has Apple approval. Good luck!
