I expect there is nothing I can do about this, but thought I would see if anyone has any suggestions.
My IPad got drowned a couple of weekends back. It's taken a couple of weeks of drying it out (rice/silica gel etc) and its gradually got better to the point that it is mostly working. The only remaining issues are:
1. Sleep/Wake shoulder button is unresponsive
2. Volume control only goes up
2 isn't a huge issue (though if anyone has any thoughts on fixing it then let me know) as I can change it on-screen without too much problem.
Number 1 though makes it difficult to do a reset or anything like that which is a bit more of a problem. I have a smart-cover so I can put it to sleep easily enough, but as the button itself has a few more uses I would like to fix it - if this is at all possible.
