I installed Browser Changer but I can't get it to work with the links that I set on the Home Page using Safari (Add to Home Page) ... they still open with Safari even though I set default to Atomic (and yes I have paid version of Atomic).
Try turning it off in settings. Full reboot. Then setting back on. Then try a link. I had the same situation and that sorted mine, now iCab opens all my links.
