Can I set my camera to take better photo's at night.

There are various apps available tfrom the App Store that help get better night pictures with your iPad camera. Here's one called Night Camera HD, it costs 99 cents. https://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/night-camera-hd-low-light/id562160609?mt=8 I've never used this or any other app for night photography so I can't say if it is what you want.
