I have the iPad 2 and the camera is soo fuzzy when you take pics inside .. I don't want to buy the new iPad just for the new camera does anyone know anyway to fix the fuzzy camera?

There is no fix. It is a low resolution device intended for video capture, specifically for FaceTime. So long as you have decent light levels you might get half way reasonable photographs but they will never be as good as you will get with even the cheapest digital camera.
