Can an accessory containing keyboard case, folio and stand for iPad 3 work with iPad2

iPad 3 Keyboard Case | Folio Cover W/ Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard | ZAGGfolio is the one I am referring to. It is for iPad 3 and does not mention if it would work with iPad 2 or not.

I would appreciate any suggestions
