Can I make the wallpaper fixed?

Hi all,

I want to give an iPad to a customer to use for software I've written but I want to fix the desktop so it shows my logo etc with contact details and the like.

Is there a way on the iPad to make a wallpaper fixed? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
