Can i register Ipad2 without upgrade?

Hi everybody
I just bought an iPad for my wife, I have to register it in iTunes but I am afraid that itunes will upgrade to 4.3.4. Or 4.3.5.
I want it to stay on 4.3.3. So I can jailbreak it .

Anyway...the question is....is it possible to register without upgrading ?

Yes - of course. iTunes never upgrades by default - it will always ask you first of all if you want to upgrade. Just be careful to refuse the offer!
