Can I restore to 6.1.2

I suspect the answer is no, but I have to ask.

I have a jailbroken iPad 4 (64 Gig wifi + AT&T 3G) running 6.1.2. I have some program leak that is killing my battery. I've had this before and the only way to fix it was to restore to factory settings. I don't want to lose my JB and I know that 6.1.3 can not be jailbroken. Is there a way to restore to 6.1.2?

No, I'm afraid not. If you attempt to restore that iPad 4, you WILL end up on iOS 6.1.3. Unfortunately, you are going to have to live with the issue until iOS 7 is released and a jail break for it is found and released.

If I were a better hacker, I would try and help out the JB community and solve problems like this.
