Can ipad2 open .jar or .jnlp files

Anyone know if ipad2s (jailbroken or not) can open java archive files (.jar) and java webstart files (.jnlp)? Im trying to watch podcasts of lectures (in .jar file formats) and also attend a web class by opening the .jnlp file. Im hoping i can do this since it will increase my productivity a LOT.
