Can not sync apps

Have iPad with 4.2.1 tethered jail break.
Cannot sync jail broken apps with iTunes.
Anyone help me?

You can only sync apps purchased from Apple through the App Store app or through iTunes on your PC. iTunes won't recognize your Cydia apps.

To sync app store apps you need to have appsync 4.2 installed. It comes with ****** if you have that installed. To sync Cydia apps there are a couple apps that will save your installed Cydia apps so if you ever have to restore you can do so. The one I know of is pkgbackup. But I'm pretty sure there are others.
