Very odd things

ipad 2 iOS 4.3.3
jail broken with I don't know what
cydia has 4.3.5 and 5.0.1 blobs


I got this ipad on craigslist only cause it was jail broken
i cant seem to sync it with itunes sucks but i can live with it
is there an app i can use to backup my cydia apps? i recently purchased btstack keyboard
so ican use remote desktop but i know i cant sync that with itunes.
i wanted to simply restore 4.3.3 but without the blobs im not sure what i can do here
any advice would be appreciated
