Letter to apple support a week ago... no solution yet. Any ideas?

Second and more important i bought a wrong app and tried for a week to return it (in a Pc going to apple store in disclaiming) and it gives a error and couldnt return it. I think you are doing it n purpose, and i can specify the problem if you need, so please resolve it."
