So how come when you are ordering they don't ask you who is your preferred carrier?
Doesn't that matter?

No because Bell Rogers and Telus Use the same Peripheriqs inside, so they ask you the SIM you want after

While in US AT&T and Verizon use different technology so an AT&T Card wont work in an Verizon machine

That is why USA needs to choose on buy
