cannot open itunes uless connected to the web

i cannot open the itunes on my ipad or my iphone unless connected to the web although am already connected from my mac and sync with ipad or i phone ,coould any one help on that pls

Yes, iTunes will not open on your iPhone or iPad unless connected to the internet because the iTunes store is a web based service. When you sync your iDevices with your Mac's iTunes, your synced media is stored in your ipod app and video app on your devices not in the iTunes store app. Hopefully this explanation is helpful.

but i cannot even open te music in my itunes not itune store ,even these songs was sync from my mac and already transfered to my ipad or iphone but it showed up on the i pod?????

again, listening to music has nothing to do with the iTunes app....it is only a storefront...if you want to listen to your purchases you go to the iPod app as was already said.
