Cannot restore ipad mini

Hi,
I Cant restore my ipad mini. model : MD539LL/A, IOS 6.1 (10B141), i tried to restore with the IOS 6.1 ipsw, but "error code " (i forgot the code number). and i tried to upgrade with IOS 6.1.2, but still error code. please your advise.. Thanks before

The only iOS you can restore to is iOS 6.1.3. Trying to restore to any earlier version of iOS will give you the errors you are experiencing.

Try this tutorial. If you follow all the steps exactly as written, you will end up with a properly functioning iPad mini running iOS 6.1.3. http://www.ipadforums.net/jailbreak...lsafe-method-restore-current-version-ios.html

The only iOS you can restore that Mini to is iOS 6.1.3 - that's why you are getting those errors. So, try again to restore, but use the newest (read: authorized by Apple) iOS 6.1.3.

If it matters, that iOS is not jail breakable, so be aware that if you upgrade, you won't be able to jail break. Again, if you care; it's just FYI.

learn from this tutorial, is that mean if i restore to ios 6.1.3, probably i will get the same error? so i must make some edit of hosts file? or, with some modification of hosts file, can i restore my ipad from 6.1 to 6.1.2? actually i prever ios 6.1.2. is that possible?

is ios 6.1.2 mean unauthorized OS?

The ONLY iOS version you can restore your iPad mini to is iOS 6.1.3. There are no exceptions, workarounds, or backdoor methods that will allow you to restore to any other version of iOS.

By following the tutorial exactly, I mean just that. No deviations at all. If followed exactly, you Will have a functioning iPad on the latest iOS.
