Can't cut and copy on most websites through the keyboard any help how to fix that

If you're using Safari, then if you touch the screen a section of the website will be highlighted in blue and a copy pop up will appear, enabling you to copy that section. You can expand or contract the section to be copied by 'dragging' the 'anchors' at the top or bottom of the highlighted section.
