Can’t Find My Subscriptions!

Hi All!

I forget where to view my Subscriptions. I’m talking about Netflix and games I purchased from the App Store. My Subscriptions are on an iPad Air and on a Generation 5 iPad. What’s the path to those?

Sorry for the dumb question. I will note the answer in writing so I can refer to it in future if necessary.

You open the App Store, tap your account icon at the top right, tap your account at the top of the popup, sign in, scroll down and select Subscriptions.

It didn’t work out for me exactly as you outlined, but the info you kindly provided gave me enough to figure it out.

Out of curiosity, what was different?

The screen might be a bit different, since I’m using a 12” iPad Pro, but the procedure should be the same for any iPad on iOS 11. Not that there is a huge difference for earlier iOS versions. The subscription info has been behind the account sign-in from the beginning. Well, the begining of subscriptions.

The path was slightly different. Not by much. On my Air, I went to the App Store, tapped my face icon, entered my Apple ID & password, tapped my name at the top of ‘Account,’ and scrolled down to Subscriptions.

So it asked for your password immediately after tapping the face icon. Strange.
