Can't install keepass on ipad or iphone install mono doesn t work

Hi guys,
I m kinda new to mac.
Following the family as they all have macs
but now i m having issues
I need Keepass for private issue and work. Need on Iphone and Ipad
I tried installing Mono but download doesn t work on both Devices iphone and Ipad.
Issue is not related to the network i as i could install without issues on windows pc.

Later on i tried same thing on fathers Imac and there i could install MONO although i couldn t access my KDB file

Suggestions are seriously welcome
